Based on Ron Chernow’s acclaimed biography and set to a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, R&B, and Broadway, HAMILTON has had a profound impact on culture, politics, and education. HAMILTON features book, music, and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler, and musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire. In addition to its 11 Tony Awards®, it has won Grammy® and Olivier Awards, and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. The Farm Bureaus will travel to Chicago’s CIBC Theater on Saturday, March 14^th. Leaving Freeport Walmart at 9:00a.m., included lunch at 11:00a.m. followed by the performance of Hamilton. We will return to Freeport around 7:00p.m. Cost for members is $185 which includes transportation, ticket, lunch and all gratuities non member price is $215. We have only three tickets left. Rules for The Road Trucking Regulations: Stephenson County Farm Bureau has partnered with Illinois Farm Bureau to host a Rules of the Road Trucking Regulations Seminar on Friday, February 20^th.  A light breakfast will be provided beginning at 7:30a.m. and the presentation to follow at 8:00a.m. This program is FREE and exclusive to Illinois Farm Bureau members. Freezer Meals: Stephenson County Farm Bureau is hosting a Freezer Meal Fundraiser to benefit the Stephenson County Ag In The Classroom program. Each set includes 5 different meals with your choice of serving size. The menu includes white chicken chili, gravy pork loin roast with carrots & potatoes, chicken n biscuit casserole, chicken broccoli & rice casserole, and shepherd’s pie. 2 serving/person meal sets are $60 and 5-6 serving/person meal sets are $125. Orders can be placed by calling the Stephenson County Farm Bureau at 815-232-3186 on or before February 20^th. Freezer meal pick will take place on Wednesday, March 11 from 5:00p.m.-6:00p.m. at the Farm Bureau office located at 210 W Spring Street Freeport, IL 61032.
